A class reunion is a time of visiting with classmates and reliving those special school years. Our reunion photography coverage is free.

These free reunion photography services include:

• Photography of classes, grade schools and junior highs as well as any requested groups.
• Candid photography of social events with online ordering.
• Groups photographs are printed that night and delivered.
• Free Committee Photographs for committee members and half price group photographs for committee members.

We also offer the following reunion photography services:

• Reunion Memory Books Memory books are an excellent way to preserve memories of your reunion. These books can be hard bound or softbound and will combine the images that we take as part of the reunion as well as images provided by the attendees.
  
  
• Photo Booth - Our photo booths are a hit for reunion attendees of all ages.
  
  
• Video Memory DVDs - Step into a booth and record a video message to all of your class mates. Our sound booth is designed for good quality video and audio capture.

 

Our Reunion Photography Philosophy

The photography of a large group of individuals requires team work, the right equipment, and an understanding of group posing and lighting. When we are photographing your class reunion we bring multiple lights, multiple specialized event printers, and the people to do the job right.

 

Our goal is to add a level of excitement to your class reunion.

 

Group portraits are delivered the night of the photography and are priced at $18 for an 8x12 and $16 for an 8x10. If photographs are pre-purchased for all attendees we can offer up to a 60% discount on this rate.

 

Multiple print discounts will apply for multiple print purchases.

Photo Booth

 

We also offer photo booths at discounted rates to the classes that we photograph. Photo booths are an excellent way to allow old friends to re-connect and have instant memories to take with them. Video Memory DVDs

 

Let's make your memory books more personal. With a video memory book your classmates step into a sound booth and record a message to their classmates. We then compile all of these video clips and put them on a DVD. These dVDs are a hilarious addition to your class reunion.

 

Event Memory Books

 

Our event memory books are a great memory to add to the event. The books can contain whatever the committee desires. Ideas include event photographs, photographs from previous reunions, school photographs, individual photographs we took that night, or message cards from the attendees.

Here is how our reunion books work:

      • Page color book/20 sides. 8/1/4x10/5/8 size $28.00
      • 14 Page color book/30 sides. 8/1/4x10/5/8 size $44.00
      • Hard bound memory books are offered on a bid basis.
    • Black and White Books
      (Supplied as part of event. Does not include individual shipping)
      • 24 numbered pages plus a cover would be $4.89 each.
      • 20 numbered pages plus a cover would be $4.59 each.
      • 18 numbered pages plus a cover would be $4.29 each.
    • Black and White Books
      (Ordered on an individual basis. Includes individual shipping)
      • 24 numbered pages plus a cover would be $14.00 each.
      • 20 numbered pages plus a cover would be $13.50 each.
      • 18 numbered pages plus a cover would be $13.00 each.

      
      

• The committee determines the cover design.
  • Cover Examples are:
    • Provided school picture
    • Collage of candids taken at the event

  • How the pages are broken out is determined by the committee. Provided content must be provided digitally or in a form where we can re-photograph it.
  • We do not recommend placing large class photos in the book. The detail is lost. We will place large classes photos in the book with a disclaimer of no guarantee of photo quality detail on faces.
  • The number of pages.

• Our staff covers two nights of the event. Field trips can be included with the understanding of a minimum number of books ordered or a slight charge to cover additional expenses.
